2. Products

FTN sells instrument cables, audio cables and related products.

Product descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications and availability are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Minor variations in colour, appearance or finish may occur because of photography, lighting, display settings and manufacturing variations.

Customers should refer to the individual product page for the specifications applicable to the product being purchased.

3. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the purchase process.

FTN reserves the right to change product prices, specifications, offers and availability.

Price or product changes will not affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed, except in cases involving an obvious pricing or technical error or where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing payment.

This includes checking:

Quantity
Cable length
Colour
Connector configuration
Shipping address
Billing information
Final payable amount

Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. No Cancellation

FTN does not provide order cancellation after successful order placement and payment.

Customers should carefully review their order before completing payment.

6. No Refunds, Returns or General Exchanges

FTN does not provide monetary refunds, general returns or exchanges due to change of mind or customer preference.

The applicable remedy for a damaged or non-working product is replacement, subject to verification and the FTN Replacement & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Product Replacement

FTN provides replacement for eligible:

Damaged products
Non-working products
Products affected by an eligible manufacturing or functional defect during the warranty period

The customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, proof of purchase or return the product for inspection.

8. Warranty

Eligible FTN products carry a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers eligible manufacturing and functional defects under normal intended use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, improper handling, liquid damage, normal wear and tear or other excluded circumstances.

9. Payment

Payments on the website may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.

Customers must provide accurate payment and billing information.

FTN will never ask customers to provide their:

Card PIN
CVV
OTP
Internet banking password
Payment authentication credentials

Customers should never share such information with FTN personnel or any third party claiming to represent FTN.

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the locations specified by FTN on the website.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, logistical disruptions and circumstances outside FTN’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and reachable contact number.

11. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using FTN products according to their intended purpose and handling them appropriately.

Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation, cutting, alteration or accidental damage may not qualify for warranty replacement.

The FTN name, logo, product photographs, graphics, text, videos, designs and other website content are owned by or licensed to FTN unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of FTN content is prohibited.
